- Notifications from the Projectmates application are going to be coming from two different potential domains: notifications.projectmates.com and notifications.systemates.com depending on the message in the server.
- Below is the SPF record information for these, based off a validation from the following source http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html:

- canonical name = u6566646.wl147.sendgrid.net
Below are potential solutions for setting up a bypass policy for emails coming from Projectmates:
Option 1
- Configure Configuring Anti-Spoofing SPF Based Bypass Policies for notification.projectmates.com and notifications.systemates.com
- Visit http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html
- In Domain Name type notifications.systemates.com and click Get SPF Record (if any)
- Create SPF record in your Mimecast software as suggested here...
