Projectmates Instant Integration allows your company to bridge the gap between Projectmates and your internal ERP systems in record-breaking time and for a fraction of the cost of custom integrations. From a technical perspective, an integration is defined as an automated data exchange between Projectmates and one of your internal systems processing on a predetermined interval. An integration can be a one- or two-way data exchange. With a one-way data exchange, Projectmates exports the data and the internal system imports it. In a two-way data exchange, Projectmates exports the data, then later receives and imports information into Projectmates from this internal system. The internal system could be your AP system, CRM, or other data repositories you utilize in your organization.

Instant Integration Connectors

Budget Update (You to Projectmates)
This one-way integration allows for budget information tracking in an outside system to be uploaded into he Projectmates Budget module. Budgets and other cost information setup in another system, can periodically update Projectmates so that your overall project cost to date will display in Projectmates.
Company Update (You to Projectmates)
This one-way integration, uploading company profile information from an outside system to the Site Administration Area. This can be used update company information, that can be manually associated with users or contacts within Projectmates by the site administrator.
Contract, PCO & CO (Projectmates to you)
This one-way integration, sending information about Contracts, PCOs & COs. Once sent, the individual Contracts, PCOs & COs will flag its payment as submitted, preventing this from being sent again through the integration. This resulting file can be used as an import to your current ERP or other system.
Contract, PCO & CO (you to Projectmates)
This one-way integration, sending update information about Contracts, PCOs & COs to the corresponding item that was created in Projectmates.
Invoice (Projectmates to you)
This one-way integration, sending information about Invoices. Once sent, the individual Invoices will flag its payment as submitted, preventing this from being sent again through the integration. This resulting file can be used as an import to your current ERP or other system.
Invoice (you to Projectmates)
This one-way integration, sending update information about Invoices to the corresponding item that was created in Projectmates. Once Imported, the individual Invoices will flag its payment as “Paid”.
Project Create (you to Projectmates)
This one way integration where new projects generated in another system can be created in Projectmates via the integration. This automation can do more than simply create new projects. Project info fields and users can even be setup & if that information is available in your genesis system.
Project Information (you to Projectmates)
This two-way integration, sending update information about projects to the corresponding project in Projectmates, or from Projectmates into your other system.
